Message	the back of the balance tube on the passenger side? That hose off the balance tube is where I tee'd off last year when I installed my AVC-R, but I left that thing there. It looks like either a restriction orifice or a possibly some kind of flame arrestor. Does anyone know why its there, and should I leave it there or remove it? The reason I ask is I've been systematically replacing boost and vacuum hoses with SVH lately and when looking at pics of other peoples' detailed engine bays, no one else seems to have that thing still there.
